What does it mean to you to be more? More happiness, more peace, more confidence, or more desires fulfilled? Or is something that grand too big to comprehend? Do you just want to get through the day without feeling exhausted?
This book is for both the spiritual seeker of more and the person caught in day-to-day life. It looks at big questions like, “What is the purpose of life?” and bigger questions like, “How can I finally stop judging myself?” or “How can I be happy?”
With a mix of unusual and often unexpected experiences, stories from ancient cultures, and Vedic wisdom, the book is your helping hand and guide to both the big and mundane questions of life.
Based on over 25 years of experience learning from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the founder of Transcendental Meditation, you’ll find practical tips, exercises, and simple steps to find your inner happiness, peace, success, and to be more.
